My little family means the world to me, and I’d like to help yours however I can.

Prior to Cognizant I worked with regional, small firms, and even investment advisory teams. This granted me the opportunity to build out skill sets in working with many industries and clients of all sizes. While my technical skill sets grew I recognized I was gravitating towards building relationships working with people and small business owners who needed my help. I like to understand and know the people and entrepreneurs behind those financials.

My love and appreciation for the clients who entrust their work with me and helping the people behind their numbers was the catalyst for founding Cognizant.

Our Services

  • We primarily offer pass-through entity and individual tax returns. Most common returns include:

    Individual returns: Form 1040
    S-Corp returns: Form 1120
    Partnership returns: Form 1065
    Applicable state returns

  • We love to assist our community however we can, but if your entire tax filing is a single W2 you can probably find adequate help elsewhere.

  • Pricing is dependent on complexity and can be discovered going through our introduction process.

  • We’re set up as a fully virtual firm. For document storage and security all items exchanged will be done so through secured channels.
